3573573 - Error "POOL_NO_USER_FOUND" When Searching by Owner of Talent Pool

Symptom

  • Error message "POOL_NO_USER_FOUND" is received when searching by Owner of Talent Pool in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • The error occurs regardless of the owner being searched
  • The issue is observed when logging into the system and navigating to Recruiting > Candidates > Talent Pools and searching for an Owner

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the system
  2. Navigate to Recruiting > Candidates > Talent Pools
  3. Search for an Owner
  4. Observe the error message "POOL_NO_USER_FOUND"

Resolution

A patch fix has been created by the Engineering team to resolve this issue. The fix is scheduled to be released with the next version in April/May.
