3573633 - "Send Certificate by Email" option in Manage Quality Certificates for Inspection Lots app doesn't work

 When creating quality certificate in Manage Quality Certificates for Inspection Lots app, the "Send Certificate by Email" indicator is set and the email address is entered. However, the email is not sent successfully.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the "Manage Quality Certificates for Inspection Lots" app.
2. Go into an inspection lot and create the quality certificate.
3. Select the "Send Certificate by Email" option.
4. Enter the email address in the required field.
5. Observe that the system does not send the certificate to the specified email address.

The sender's email address is not maintained.

The sender's email address should be maintained in Output Parameter Determination app (Determination Step: Email Settings, Column: Sender Email).
Please ensure that the email domain is maintained in SSCUI 101313 - Define Email Sender Domain in advance.
