Symptom

  • Changes in the agent rules/responsibilities/PPOME of the workflow steps are not immediately reflected in the workflow. 
  • The work items are still visible to the unexpected users after the agent change.
  • The workflow admin is requested to re-execute the agent determination for a specific work item.
