3573735 - XSA app instance is not running - com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [416]: user is locked

Custom deployed application does not start. In the runtime log of affected application (collected as per 2910879 - Collecting logs from XSA applications) the following exceptions appear:
