3573737 - F1572: Custom Analytical Queries – Item ID & is already in use. Choose a Different one.

1. Creating a Custom Analytical Query randomly fails with error:

                  Item ID <Query ID> is already in use. Choose a Different one.

       2.- After confirming the "Query validation" pop up, the query is visible as "draft" with status "Not published".

       3.- Trying to open the query also fails with error:

                  Not a valid query; choose a valid query to open

       4. The Development system used for Key User Extensibility, where the Custom Analytical Query is tried to be created, runs with more than one active application server instace.
