• After a system upgrade or not installation, the Fiori Start Process App (HCMFAB_PROCESS) fails to start when attempting to create a new process.
• The application does not respond, and an error appears in the developer tools console log (F12).
• The error message references a syntax issue in FieldControls.fragment.xml, indicating a missing or incorrectly formatted quotation mark (") in an XML attribute.
• The issue may occur after implementing one of the following SAP Notes:
  • 3467568 - Process Inbox (UI): Consolidated fixes
  • 3467482 - Start Process (UI), Consolidated fixes
  • 3445025 - Start Process and Process Inbox: Fixes for empty attachments in multi-step processes
