3573767 - RTI Inbound errors visible in the Application logs due to special characters in the queue names

Symptom

Filtering the SAP IBP Application Logs application for 'Real-Time Integration: Inbound' results in listing failed transaction. The column External Identifier contains the queue names with special characters. A few examples of these special characters are: space, dollar ($), dash (-). Double clicking on a failed record the message content shows the 'Error occurred during bgRFC retry' error.
