3573802 - Deletion is not possible in SSCUI 103558 'Define Bank Accounts for Company Code' in Document Compliance Peppol Exchange Service

• In the Document Compliance Peppol Exchange Service, it is not possible to delete existing entries in SSCUI 103558 Define Bank Accounts for Company Code.
• The error message "Deletion not possible for Record created by SAP" is displayed when attempting to delete the entries.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to SSCUI 103558 in the Document Compliance Peppol Exchange Service.
2. Attempt to delete a line for an existing entry.
3. Error occurs

Standard behavior - Delete option is disabled in SSCUI 103558. 

1. Deletion of entries is not supported in SSCUI 103558 'Define Bank Accounts for Company Code'

2. Refer to the  Roadmap Viewer , check the excel Configuration Activity.xlsm where it is mentioned that for SSCUI 103558, the column "Delete Customer Records" states "Deletion not supported".
3. To delete entries, an expert configuration request must be made by contacting the relevant Customer Success Partner (CSP) who will guide through this process.
