3573912 - MM02 | MM03: 'Insp. setup' button and most QM fields are not visible for specific user on 'Quality Management' view in material master

Symptom

User opens the transaction MM02 or MM03 for a material, but the button 'Insp. setup' and most of the QM fields - like QM material auth., Inspection interval, QM Control Key - are not visible on 'Quality Management' view.

For other users the QM data is displayed properly for same material. Issue does not seem to be connected to authorization.
