Symptom

  • An issue was reported with an S/4HANA System connected to SAP Cloud ALM, specifically with the metric "Enqueue entries older than 1 day" (Technical Name: ABAP.Enqueue.Entries.OlderThanOneDay).
  • The metric was displaying more entries older than 1 day than what was actually present.
  • Different amounts were being shown in the S/4HANA system in transaction SM12.
