3574005 - PCC: Technical Error in Payroll Control Center While Saving Off-cycle Request

Symptom

       "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."  

  • A technical error occurs while saving a request in the Payroll Control Center (PCC) screen.
  • The error message received is "Technical error - An exception arised - invalid parameter".
