• The need arises to update specific links / texts in the Workflow Approval emails.

Process Governance Editor

Please check the customized email signature within your Process Governance organization (Open the Workflow organization settings and select the tab "Workspace" & In the section "Preferences") if there is a customized email signature selected. If yes, please update this signature to your new needs to reflect the signature in all of your Process Governance notification emails.
