3574192 - "Team members have overdue training. Send a reminder" value is higher than the number of direct reports

In the Learning Home Page, a user sees a message stating "X team members have overdue training. Send a reminder", while X is higher than the number of direct reports the manager has.

Example: A manager sees "10 team members have overdue training. Send a reminder", while he only has 2 direct reports.

1. Log in to Learning as the affected manager >
2. Observe the message regarding overdue training for team members below the Home Page header.

The discrepancy is due to a configuration in the administration side that stipulates how many levels of reports the manager will see in their My Team/Team View. The amount of users pulled by the manager-triggered overdue training reminder comes from the same property.

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > Edit LMS_ADMIN >
2. Search for reportingLevelsToDisplay

# This value is the number of reporting levels down displayed to a user and
# should be an integer equal to or greater than 0. 
# Default: 0
# Example:
#   If set to 0, the user will see all direct and indirect subordinates.
#   If set to 1, the user will see their direct reports only.
#   If set to 2, the user will see their direct reports and direct reports reporting into their direct reports and so on
reportingLevelsToDisplay=0

If set to 0, the user will see all direct and indirect subordinates, leading to the discrepancy between their organizational chart and My Team/Team View. 

By adjusting the configuration to set the reporting level to 1, the user will only see their direct reports. Similarly, the manager-triggered overdue training reminder will only display the exact number of direct reports.

Verify the change by logging in as the affected employee and checking My Team/Team View.
