3574288 - The specific Partner Functions cannot been copied to the outbound delivery

Symptom

After creating an outbound delivery from a sales order, some Partner Functions cannot be found under the "Partners" tab.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an outbound delivery from a sales order.
  2. Navigate to the "Partners" tab on the delivery header level.
  3. The specific Partner Functions are missing.

Cause

The specific Partner Functions are not set as a mandatory option in the outbound delivery.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Configuration Activity 101287 - Set Up Partner Determination for Delivery and select the proper delivery type.
  2. Click the "Partner Functions in Procedure" in Dialog Structure.
  3. Tick the "PM (Partner mandatory)" option for the specific Partner Functions.
