The mfield token is resolving fewer values than those selected on the Job Requisition page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Add a mfield token to the job description.
2. Check the external or internal posting preview.
3. Notice that the number of values is fewer than selected.

The issue occurs when the mfield picklist has duplicate values. 

The system merges these duplicate values when displayed on the job posting page. As a result, the number of values is fewer than selected.

1. Go to Picklist Center.
2. Edit the picklist.
3. Identify and modify duplicate values to maintain unique values.
