3574429 - VBO1 - incorrect validity period (Valid From date field DATAB / Valid To date field DATBI) of rebate condition record

Symptom

When creating a rebate agreement in VBO1 and saving, the validity period (Valid From date field DATAB / Valid To date field DATBI) of rebate condition record is incorrect.

For example, in VBO1:

Valid From  = 2025-01-27 
Valid To      = 9999-12-31

After saving, in VBO3:

Valid From  = 2025-01-27 
Valid To      = 0999-12-31
