3574439 - Not possible to customize fields on approval tile - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to make edits to the job requisition approval tile on SF homepage e.g. change the field "Hiring manager" to "Division"?
• Is it possible to add more fields or customized the To Do Tiles for Recruiting?

System limitation / missing functionality.

As per the current system design, it is not possible to customized the To Tiles  add/modified fields for the To Do Tiles.
