Symptom

  • An error message "The status of the relevant freight order doesn't allow loading" appears when attempting to perform load on EWM warehouse request that has ASR integration
  • The issue persists even after setting the warehouse request status to "ready" in EWM and the TM status to "in execution"
  • The error occurs when trying to set the loading from either EWM or from "Load or Unload freight orders" App
