3574576 - E-Signature Step Is Not Triggered And Shows As Locked To Candidate - Onboarding

• On Completing the PDC step the New Hire does not receive an email for e-signature step. 
• Onboarding dashboard have no additional step after PDC step. 
• In Manage data the E-Signature status is stated skipped.

SAP Success Factor Onboarding

1. Login as Onboardee
2. Complete all the Onboarding tasks before E-signature step
3. After Completing all the above task E-signature step shows as locked

Cause 1: PFS is not working

Cause 2: Assign Form' rule is not satisfying the condition

Cause 3: There's a job id error from BPE, even though there is no error in BP To Do Tile

Resolution 1: Check if PFS is working. Validate credentials and password

Resolution 2: Go to Configure Business Rule and check "Assign Form " rule if the conditions satisfies the information provided by candidate. If it doesn't satisfy, the e-signature step will show as skipped.

Resolution 3: Go to BPE Monitor Process and filter variables using userId= , check each unfinished process and see if there's a Job id error. You can copy the id and trigger the task from BPE Manage Process Task.
