For unplanned Services with different Maximum Amount and Expected Amount, Ariba considers Expected Amount as service amount during requisition creation but, during the creation of Service Entry Sheet it considers Maximum Amount as the service amount and lets us create a Service Entry Sheet with the amount higher than the ordered amount. Please clarify the reason for this behavior.
