Symptom
- Users are not able to view or download the document of candidates in Document Center.
- Empty page is loading in Document Center for few of the documents.
- Unable to open/view the documents which were uploaded in Document Center
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into customer instance
- Go to Onboarding > Document Center
- Search for Document with the First name and last name , the documents will open blank.
Resolution
As a workaround :
- Go to the Onboarding > workqueue
- search the affected candidate and download the PDF file from work queue .
Note : This is impacting only the documents that were uploaded after 14th Feb in few Data centers. Documents uploaded prior to 14th Feb is not impacted.
We are aware of this issue and working on priority to resolve it. We are planning to deploy the patch fix on 25th Feb 2025 for Preview instance and 28th Feb 2025 for Prod instance
