3574721 - Issue with job Benefit Usage Reporting

Benefit usage reporting, that should create a record under MDF Object Eligible Employee for Benefits, is failing multiple times when running for a big population.  

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Run Job Benefit Usage Reporting.
2. Access the Execution Manager Dashboard.
3. Check Logs.
4. Observe that the job takes a longer time
5. Notice that the job fails if it reaches a certain number records in the summary log

The performance issue is caused by the rules using multi-level properties, like using this configuration Employment Information.Biographical Information.Dependents. 

In order to avoid the issue we recommend using the needed section directly, like Dependents, in the example shared.
