3575271 - Reminder Time Approval Job Triggers Emails to Incorrect Approvers

After triggering the Reminder for Time Approval, managers are receiving random email notifications for the approval of old time sheets. These notifications are sent to random approvers, even when the employees are no longer active.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration workcenter
2. Go to Reminder for Time Approval view
3. Select the Active Run ID
4. Select Schedule Immediately
5. Observe the Emails are sent to the random approvers

These are old time records which are still in approval status. When the job is scheduled, the system sends email notifications for all the entries that are in approval.

Identify any old time entries that are still pending approval. Approve or reject these entries as necessary.

If the issue continues with new time approvals, please raise a case with SAP for further investigation.
