3575279 - Error While Reactivating Communication Arrangement - Outbound Deployment Failed

Unable to activate Communication Arrangement due to the following error:

"Outbound deployment failed

Password missing

User name missing

Status change not permitted

Error while reactivating communication arrangement"

1. Go to Application and User Management workcenter 
2. Go to Communication Arrangement view
3. Select the relevant Communication Arrangement
4. Select Save and Reactive 
5. Notice the errors are displayed.

Authentication is a critical part of data communication in ByD. It is not possible to create a communication arrangement without providing either user name, password (and/or) SSL Certificate. After selecting the scenario, and system Instance, the first process that is checked in the communication arrangement activation is a valid authentication, without which Communication Arrangement creation is not possible.

To activate the communication arrangement, make sure to use either basic authentication (User and Password) or SSL certificate, as per the standard system behavior.
