Symptom

When trying to Test Connection for the Service Layer connector inside the Integration Framework you receive an error.

HTTP-Code: -1, message: java.net.ConnectException: Connection times out: connect (local port 50814 to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port 50001 to address
