3575367 - After configured the load balancing in SICF, the request through SAP Web Dispatcher is not dispatched to the intended instance

We have defined a logon group via SMLG, and assigned a certain instance(s) to this logon group.

In SICF, we have maintained the logon group for a certain service(s).

When we access this service through SAP Web Dispatcher, the request is dispatched to an instance which is not assigned to this logon group.

In the SAP Web Dispatcher trace file dev_webdisp, we could find below log entries:
[Thr xxx] *** WARNING => redirect failed request to foreign destination '!ALL' [http_route.c 4442]
[Thr xxx] *** WARNING => original destination was '<LG_Group>' [http_route.c 4444]
