Symptom

  • When submitting a Customer invoice, the following error is encountered:
    Error: Attributes of interface MY_SUBMIT_INVOICE_TAX_AUTH_REQ are not maintained
    Message No: EDOCUMENT313

  • When submitting a Buyer-issued Tax invoice, the following error occurs:
    Error: Attributes of interface MY_SUBMIT_SF_INV_TAX_AUTH_REQ are not maintained
    Message No: EDOCUMENT313

  • When performing a Get service status, the following error is encountered:
    Error: Attributes of interface MY_GET_DRCC_STATUS_REQ are not maintained
    Message No: EDOCUMENT313

  • When cancelling the invoice, the following error message appears:
    Error: Attributes of interface MY_CANCEL_REQUEST are not maintained
    Message No: EDOCUMENT313
