3575452 - Unable to Modify Inspection Result Record After Usage Decision in Long-Term Inspection

Unable to change the inspection result record after the Usage Decision in a long-term inspection scenario.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open "Record Inspection Results" app to process long term characteristics.
2. System does not allow to change the inspection lot.

All required inspection characteristics have been closed (Status 5) and UD has been made. Therefore status "All inspections completed" is set for the inspection lot. In "Change Usage Decision" app, the system status includes ICCO (All inspections completed-> The inspection for both short-term and long-term characteristics has ended for this inspection lot).

To remove the ICCO status and change result for long-term characteristics, please reset the completion of the lot in "Change Usage Decision" app through Menu-> Edit-> Reset-> Inspection Completion. After resetting completion, the status will change to LTIN (long-term inspection).
