3575494 - Error occured while generating a document with digital signature enabled

While generating a document with digital signature enabled and getting the error "An error occurred while sending the document to DocuSign". 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

1. Go to Document generation- Generate document.
2. Select corresponding Template.
3. Select allow digital signature as Yes.
4. Select user.
5. Click Generate and Email.
6. Error occurred: "An error occurred while sending the document to DocuSign".

Maximum length exceeded for documents field emailBody in DocuSignEnvelopeRecipient MDF entity.

1. Go to Object Definition > Select DocuSignEnvelopeRecipient. 
2. Go to field: emailBody >update max length from 255 to up to 4000. 
3. Then try to generate the Document and check.

The maximum length limit permitted by the system is 4,000.
