3575524 - System Creating Planning Proposal Later Than Requested Date of Customer Demand

• The system is creating Planning Proposals much later than the Requested Date of the Customer Demand.
• This issue is causing a need for manual corrections, impacting the production process.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Supply Planning work center.
2. Go to the Products view.
3. Find and select the relevant Product.
4. Open the relevant Product Planning Details.
5. Observe that Sales Orders are requested for dd.mm.yyyy, but the corresponding Planning Receipts (Production Proposals) are scheduled to be available on xx.mm.yyyy.

dd.mm.yyyy and xx.mm.yyyy represent days of a Calendar.

The availability of the secondary Demands is being taken into consideration when calculating the Start Date/Availability Date of the Receipts to fulfill the Sales Orders (you can see this in the Material Flow of the Customer Demand or Planning Receipt).

The system is working as per design.
