3575647 - Meeting Link in Teams Invite Email is not Working and Blank Meeting ID /Passcode - Recruiting Management

Candidate receives a confirmation email of a scheduled interview and the meeting link is not working and Meeting ID / Passcode are blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

This is potential due to some changes in the azure account using in the Teams integration ( it could be due to License is expired,/Client secret is expired /Account permissions , etc )

This happens due to one of the following Azure configuration issues: 

• Expired license 
  
• Expired client secret 
  
• Unassigned mailbox
  

Please reach out to your Azure administrator to address and ensure these configurations are correct.
