3575649 - Unable to Add Note, Nudge or Submit Task in Knowledge Transfer Plan - Onboarding

Employees are unable to add a note, nudge or submit the task assigned from the Create Knowledge Transfer Plan.

The issue prevents the completion of assigned tasks.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the Create Knowledge Transfer Plan
2. Attempt to add a note, nudge or submit the task
3. Options are greyed out

The issue was caused by incorrect target population.

In order to solve:

1. Navigate to the role for Onboarding process
2. Navigate to the target population settings
3. Correct the target population settings to include all relevant users
4. Save the changes and verify that the issue is resolved
