How to mask the Data Capture Form instructions text from the Data Capture Form confirmation page?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. A Candidate populates a Data Capture Form fields
2. The Candidate clicks on "Submit"
3. The Data Capture Form instructions text still appears on the confirmation page

It is expected as per the Product design and development that the Data Capture Form instructions text remains visible after the Candidate has submitted the Data Capture Form.
