3575721 - When adding Attributes in Development Goals - it shows No Results Found

When wanting to add Attributes in the Goal Creation menu for Development Plan/Goal, when choosing either competency or skills from the list. It will show as 0/zero/no results found even though there are available competency & skills on it. (Only happens if development goal have competency filter).

Confirmed by engineering as a Defect

The engineering team noted the following:

The issue was identified internally and has been fixed as part of a defect.

The changes are merged into master branch and verified in our QA test instance. It should be available to the customer in b2505 release.

Hence This is planned to be fixed in the 2505 release. Release dates can be reviewed on Product Release & Road Map Information. The dates of the release would be April 14th in Preview and May 18th in Production.
