3575794 - Suppliers Cannot View Actual Bid Decrement Value Set for the Bidding Range in Parallel Auction Events

When using the bid decrement range in an auction, in the supplier view of the Events content page, the Bidding Rules popup displays only the maximum decrement value instead of the decrement value set for the range of bidding amounts. For example, if the buyer has set the maximum decrement value as 50 USD and the decrement value of 30 USD  for a bidding value less than 500 USD, then suppliers can see only 50 USD instead of 30 USD even if their bidding amount is less than 500 USD.
