Symptom

  • A Pro forma Invoice (document category = 'U') is not appearing in the Intrastat report.
  • The invoice is expected to be relevant and visible in the report as per the set criteria.
  • The Intrastat relevancy is not ticked in, even though Sold to and Ship to are in EU, but not in the same country.
