3575828 - Archiving Issue with Object TRTM_TPM

Symptom

An issue is encountered while attempting to archive financial transactions using the TRTM_TPM object.

The error message "OTC transaction must not be editable" is generated, despite all flows being posted and no waiting postings.

The error message is not understood and requires clarification.
