- How to make the data displayed on Insights in the playbook effectiveness tab.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
Playbook effectiveness is calculated when associated opportunities are closed as won/lost.
No data is displayed on effectiveness tab as all opportunities associated with the playbook are "In Process".
Resolution
Mark the associated opportunity as "won", for data to be displayed on effectiveness tab.
By the end of the day, the playbook effectiveness numbers would be updated to reflect on effectiveness tab.
