• In the 360 Evaluation process, users are unable to add new participants after the evaluation starts, despite the "Enable Add New Participants after 360 Evaluation starts" setting being activated in Form Template Settings.
• After pressing the + button on Evaluation Summary, a message is saying, "There are no visible columns in the table right now. Please select the columns you need in the table settings."

1. Start the 360 Evaluation process with the setting "Enable Add New Participants after 360 Evaluation starts" activated in Form Template Settings.
2. Attempt to add new participants after the evaluation has started.
3. Observe the message "There are no visible columns in the table right now. Please select the columns you need in the table settings." after pressing the + button on Evaluation Summary.
   

The issue arises due rater section is set to hidden or disabled for the role who is trying to add participant.
In the template XML, section permission "hidden" or "none" is configured in the rater-sect for the affected role.

Solution 1:

Modifying the rater section permission in template XML. Remove the "hidden"/"none" setting or enable the section for the affected role.

If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options. 

Solution 2:

Grant user with RBP permission Admin Access to Forms OData API (target population needed) in Manage Permission Roles > Manage Documents.
