3576003 - CB User ID Discrepancy Between Test and Production Tenants in the Manage Workforce app

The CB User ID differs between the Test and Production Tenants. This inconsistency means that the user identification used in the Test environment does not match the one used in the Production environment.

The CB User ID is the unique identifier for a business user or a technical user. The system creates the user ID automatically and it is assigned during the user creation and will not be same in test and production system.
