Symptom
- A dataflow is used to import data from a file and update it into SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC). The file contains multiple rows for a single UID but with different columns.
- During the import process, an error occurs with the message "Concurrent Updates Not Allowed". The error details specify that requests for the same UID have exceeded the allowed number of calls (5) in a time frame (00:01:00).
-
Example error:
errorcode=409030 - All retries failed with results: Retry attempt No. 1 finished with error
errorMessage = General Server Error stepId = Import account errorCode = 500001 errorDetails = General server error Retry attempt No. 2 finished with result
