Symptom

  • QuoteRequest sent from external system (S4 or ERP) creates Sourcing Request, Sourcing Request Item item's term are not being populated from external system information on payload.
  • Item term Plant, Item Category, Material Group, Material Code, Requisition ID, RFQ ID, Requisition Item Number, RFQ Item Number and Ship To are not being receiving the information from external system on Sourcing Request item.
