3576187 - Full or Delta CPA Cache refresh fails with the error: Attempt to fetch cache data from Integration Directory failed; cache could not be updated

You are trying to perform CPA Cache Refresh with Delta or Full mode and you are getting the following error:

Attempt to fetch cache data from Integration Directory failed; cache could not be updated [Fetch Local]: Error while consolidating data [Fetch Local]: Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY lost.

In the default traces you can see errors similar to the following:
