3576281 - PRGN_COMPRESS_TIMES: Visualization of the function.

The report PRGN_COMPRESS_TIMES removes or merges (simplifies) direct role assignments.
The purpose of this report is to reduce excessive assignments in order to get a better overview in the SU01 roles tab and to reduce data volume.
Optionally expired role assignments can be deleted as well.
