3576331 - Folders created directly under a workspace are not visible in system -> workspace in SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Folders created directly under the workspace do not appear under System → Workspace. 
• Only folders created from System → Workspace are displayed.

SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
2. Navigate to Files -> Workspace.
3. Create a new Folder under Files -> Workspace.
4. Go to Files -> System -> Workspace.
   >> Notice that the newly created folder does not appear.

• Files and folders created by a user under Files -> Workspace are, by default, private and not shared with anyone. These created files / folders are saved in the user's dedicated folder within the workspace.
• This behavior is expected and by design.

To locate these files and folders in the System view, an administrator must navigate to Files -> System -> Workspace -> Users -> USERID.
