3576402 - No follow-up action relevant for EWM is set for usage decision code

When inspection lots are created for Cloud WM managed products, making an automatic or manual Usage Decision to accept/reject these inspection lots using codes under Selected Sets, such as UD01 or UD04, results in one of the following error messages:
•    No follow-up action relevant for EWM is set for usage decision code A1/R1/R310/R320 etc. 
•    Follow-up action cannot be used.

Central Business Configuration (CBC)

The Follow-up Action values are missing in the Selected Sets.

The missing Follow-up Action values can be maintained with configuration activity by following the instruction below.

• Log onto CBC as project experience user (Project Experience)
• Open Project Experience.

Note:

Project Experience can be already open after logging on.

• Set your relevant project as default if required.
• Navigate to the Configuration Activities tab and search for ‘Edit Selected Sets for Usage Decisions (ID: 102426)’.
• Choose Go to Activity
• On the System Log On screen, log on by entering the following entries:
  • E-Mail or User Name
  • Password
• On the Edit Selected Sets for Usage Decisions: Change screen, select one of the Selected Set entries, e.g., Selected Set UD04, under your plant.
• Double click Selected Set Codes for Usage Decision in the dialog structure on the left.
• In the Selected Set Codes for Usage Decision table, check the value in the FolUpAct field for each entry. If the values are empty, maintain the values according to the reference table below.
• Save your entries.
• Check that the changes work by re-running the process that previously caused the error.
