3576403 - Unable to Retrieve Parameter in SAP Web Dispatcher Admin URL

Symptom

When editing or checking parameter in SAP Web Dispatcher Administration, it doesn't show parameter value, and following error message appears in dev_webdisp:

*** ERROR => IcmPrintSubParam: insufficient space provided for parameter (16/40) [icxxpara_sub 497]

*** ERROR => HttpIGetSubHdlParam: Reading subhandler parameter 'HttpRedirectHandler' failed: No more memory (-3)

It is possible that this parameter is defined many times. Such as icm/HTTP/redirect, the issue appears in case icm/HTTP/redirect_0 to icm/HTTP/redirect_12 even more than this value is defined.

When searching other parameters such as icm/server_port(which has not been defined many times), it works well.
