3576407 - /SAPAPO/CDPS0 - No slot found for Activity when Drag & Drop Operation with specific User

• Drag and drop of an operation or order on the Detailed Scheduling Planning Board returns error "No slot available for activity". 
• Dropping a graphical object onto non-working time ends in scheduling error even after enabling the 'Non-Working Time' flag on the Strategy Profile. 
• LiveCache trace on function module /SAPAPO/OM_ACT_SCHEDULE shows activities scheduled far in the future (for example, year 2090). 
• Issue is reproducible only on some SAPGUI version, while other users do not experience the issue.
