3576428 - Image Carousel Component in CSB Not Displaying Background Image on RMK Career Site - Recruiting Marketing

The Image Carousel Component in CSB is configured with a background image, but it is not displayed on the RMK career site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to CSB.
2. Select Page where Image Carousel has been configured. (E.g Content Page.)
3. Select the Brand and the Content Page. 
4. Open the Image Carousel Component.
5. Navigate to Styles.
6. Observe that the background image is configured but not appearing on the career site.

The background image is not visible due to the configuration settings of the Image Carousel. Specifically, a transparent color has not been selected for the Content Background and Image Background settings.

1. Navigate to CSB.
2. Select Pages > Content.
3. Select the Brand and the Content Page.
4. Open the Image Carousel Component.
5. Navigate to Styles.
6. Set the Content and Image Background to any color and set the Alpha "A" to 0 by moving the slider to the left to make a transparent color.
7. Preview or Publish the changes.
