• An error "Hierarchy 'xxx' not found" is encountered when using 'Any' for Hierarchy properties of a parameter in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• The error does not occur when a specific hierarchy is selected.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.1.6

1. Open the Data Action.
2. Go to parameters and change the Hierarchy properties to 'Any' for one parameter.
3. The error "Hierarchy 'xxx' not found" appears on validating the formulas.
